A unisex t-shirt designed in Paris and celebrating the diversity of the beautiful game in France, champions of the 2018 FIFA Men's World Cup.
Astrid Prasetianti is an illustrator and graphic designer in Paris, France. She also loves photography, taking care of plants, and walking in the park with her son.
She grew up in Indonesia, playing football every day in front of her house with neighborhood kids. She moved to France in 2018, experiencing for the first time the excitement of the tournament - especially as France won. "I experienced the celebration everywhere," says Astrid. "It was an unforgettable moment."
Astrid's design captures the way that football in France unites the people, whatever their ethnicity. A woman, little boy and man create a circle as a symbol of unity. The Gallic rooster (le coq) in the middle is a symbol of France. "I tried to create a festive atmosphere that represents my feeling and excitement everytime I watch a football game or World Cup itself."
